There are no age restrictions or occupational restrictions to entering the program. The candidate needs to clear an online treasure hunt to move toward the Application Process. Selected applicants will be considered eligible for the interview rounds which will be the final step in the selection process.
The EIR typically leads or has led, a small, early-stage, emerging company deemed to have high-growth potential, or which has demonstrated high growth in its number of employees, annual revenue, or both.
No, this program requires its candidates to choose the EiR track as it is a specialized program. After completing their educational journey in the program (Hustler’s Academy), the individuals will get to choose between the founder track or the EiR Track. Candidates who wish to be founders will be redirected to the Favcy Procurement team while the EiR track selectors will be given a go-ahead for the program.
Yes, the program fee is for the purpose of vesting ( will be given back in parts ) across the duration of the program and will be protected by a legal bond.
The candidate is required to finish all tasks successfully within the given duration. Due feedback will be collected from founders with who the candidates will work. The candidate is supposed to prove merit as an EIR by displaying their understanding of the assembly lines or a positively validated business idea.
The program demands at least 4 months’ worth of time and a program fee (Rs 2,00,000) for the purpose of vesting and collateralization. All the other resources will be given by the program itself.
Hustler’s Den is an entity owned and operated by Favcy Venture Builders and is part of their ethos. The Hustler’s Den program utilizes other products and services under the Favcy ethos to give access to investors, VB Knowledge, Human resources and etc.
